Community Link, with support from the Wānaka A&P Foundation, has teamed up with Grow Us Well to deliver a series of practical wellbeing workshops across the Upper Clutha.
The first session, Built for Seasons – Cycle Smart for Rural Women, is happening on 19 May at the Wānaka Community Hub. It’s designed for women in farming, trades, and construction who want to better understand how hormonal cycles impact energy, mood, and productivity—and how to work with them, not against them.
Expect practical, down-to-earth strategies to better align your workload, wellbeing, and self-care with the realities of rural life.
