We are excited to share that the Society will host a farm day with thanks to Hillend Station. A chance for families of Wanaka to experience a working sheep farm, the day will be informal and feature shearing demonstrations, working dog displays and tractor trailer rides from Claas Harvest Centre.
Our Events
The Upper Clutha A&P Society’s flagship event is undoubtedly the Wānaka A&P Show. Held each March, the Show has grown to welcome more than 40,000 people through the gates and, in 2026, contributed an estimated $19.3 million to the local economy.
Building on the success of the Show, the Society is excited to create more opportunities for our community to connect throughout the year, with a growing calendar of events beyond our traditional March weekend.
