The Upper Clutha A&P Society is calling for nominations for its Board, offering an opportunity for members to contribute to the future direction of the Society and the Wānaka A&P Show.
Board membership is a voluntary position, with meetings held 11 times a year and an expected commitment of approximately 5-6 hours per month, plus additional involvement in subcommittees, specific projects and the annual Show.
The Board provides strategic direction and governance, with portfolios covering finance, legal and compliance, marketing and sponsorship, community liaison and sustainability.
Candidates must be current Society members and be nominated and seconded by fellow members. Applications require a professional biography (maximum 500 words), a headshot and the option to submit a short introductory video.
Nominations close Wednesday 18 November 2026 at 5.30pm.
